What Makes These Tools Different

A lot of online astrology calculators are lookup tables dressed up as software. You type a date, the page matches it to a row and prints a paragraph. That works for some things and fails for others, especially for anything near a boundary, like the day the Sun changes sign.

The tools here compute. The Sun sign comes from the Sun's actual position in your birth year. The birth moon phase comes from the real angle between the Sun and Moon. The chart comes from orbital formulas. Where a result is arithmetic, such as numerology, it shows its working so you can check it yourself.

A result from any of these tools has two parts. The number, sign or date is computed and can be checked. The explanation is tradition, which is rich and worth reading but is not a scientific finding. Use the first as your starting point and the second as a prompt for reflection, and leave the big decisions to real-world advice.
