Corrections Policy

zodiacsglow.com will sometimes get things wrong. What matters is how we respond: visibly and quickly.

How to report an error

Email contact@zodiacsglow.com with the page address and, if possible, the exact sentence. For a calculator, include the birth date, time and place you entered and the result you got.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge your report.
2. We check the claim against our sources.
3. If the page is wrong, we fix it. If it is right, we write back with the reasoning. Many “errors” turn out to be genuine disagreements between astrological schools, and that is worth explaining.

How corrections are marked

• Minor (typos, broken links, awkward wording): fixed without a note.
• Substantive (a wrong date, figure or attribution, anything that changed what a reader would understand): fixed, with a dated correction note on the page describing what was wrong and what it now says.
• Calculator errors: treated as the most serious kind. The routine is fixed, tested against reference values, and noted on the relevant page.

Timing

Confirmed factual errors are usually corrected within a few days. Anything that affects a calculation goes to the front of the line.

What we will not do

We will not delete a correction note to make a page look tidier, and we will not change an article at the request of an advertiser or anyone with a commercial interest in what it says.
